Refund Policy Summary

Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, but only if you have not used any credits. Once you use credits (send messages), refunds are not available. Contact us at connect@charmup.website for refund requests.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Charmup, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds work for our subscription plans.

Note: Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • No Auto-Renewal: Cancelling prevents your subscription from renewing automatically
  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Access Until Expiry: You retain access to all features until your paid period expires
  • No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not provide a refund for the unused portion of your current period

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 Days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
  • No Credits Used: Refunds are only available if you have not used any credits from your subscription
  • Technical Issues: Refund if you experience technical problems that prevent service use (regardless of credit usage)
  • Payment Errors: Refund for duplicate charges or payment processing errors
  • Service Unavailability: Refund if service is unavailable for more than 48 hours

Note: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are not available if you have used any credits from your subscription plan.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Credits Used: If you have used any credits from your subscription, refunds are not available
  • After 7 Days: Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days from purchase (unless no credits were used)
  • Used Service: If you've actively used the service or sent any messages during the subscription period
  • Change of Mind: Simply changing your mind after using the service
  • Expired Subscriptions: Subscriptions that have already expired
  • Violation of Terms: Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service

Note: Once you use any credits (send messages), the subscription becomes non-refundable, even if requested within 7 days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at connect@charmup.website with your refund request
  • Include Details: Provide your account email and payment transaction ID
  • State Reason: Explain why you're requesting a refund
  • Processing Time: We'll review and respond within 48 hours
  • Refund Timeline: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be available in special circumstances:

  • Pro-rated Refunds: Not available for standard cancellations
  • Special Cases: May be considered for extended service outages or technical issues
  • Discretionary: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your purchase:

  • Contact Us First: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback
  • We Can Help: We're happy to work with you to resolve any issues
  • Chargeback Impact: Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • Resolution: We prefer to resolve issues directly and amicably

Note: Chargebacks should be a last resort. We're committed to resolving issues fairly.

Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade or change your plan at any time:

  • Upgrade Anytime: Upgrade to a longer plan for immediate access
  • Prorated Billing: Upgrades are prorated based on remaining time
  • Downgrade: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No Refund on Downgrade: Downgrading does not provide a refund for the difference
